ASHBEA MUSIC LIMITED – TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE/DIGITAL COURSES

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of any online courses, digital products, or related materials (“Courses”) provided by Ashbea Music Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or accessing a Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ashbea Music Limited provides music-education courses and resources designed to develop musical ability, analytical skills, and emotional intelligence in young learners, with a focus on preparation for the UK 11+ Music Aptitude Test.

3. Platform

Our Courses are delivered through Systeme.io (http://systeme.io/), a third-party online learning platform. You are responsible for ensuring you can access the platform and maintain an active internet connection.

Your use of Systeme.io (http://systeme.io/) is also subject to their own terms and policies.

4. Course Access

    •    Access to purchased Courses is granted to the individual purchaser only.

    •    Access duration is lifetime access, unless otherwise stated on the course sales page.

    •    Sharing login details, downloading content for redistribution, or providing Course materials to others is strictly prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Systeme.io (http://systeme.io/)’s integrated payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal).

Prices are listed in GBP (£).

You are responsible for any transaction fees, currency-conversion charges, or bank charges imposed by your provider.

5.1 Instalment Plans

If you purchase a Course via a payment plan:

    •    You agree to complete all instalments in the plan.

    •    Failure to complete payments may result in suspended access until the account is settled.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Courses, all sales are final.

Refunds may be offered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

    •    Duplicate purchases

    •    Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved by us

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or if you do not complete the Course.

All Course content — including videos, audio files, worksheets, written material, and downloadable resources — is the intellectual property of Ashbea Music Limited.

You may not:

    •    Share content with others

    •    Reproduce course elements for teaching or commercial use

Violation may result in termination of access.

    •    A device capable of playing audio and video

    •    A valid email address
